To request a transcript or immunization records please visit parchment.com. If you have not set up an account with Parchment, please make sure to type in the full name of our school (William Henry Harrison High School) and confirm that it is located in Evansville, IN.

In addition, make sure to use your maiden name when creating your account. This will ensure that the correct transcript is associated to the right person.
